I agree. It’s fun to play but is more important to lead. That’s why I spend 10% of my Twitter time playing; the rest is collaborating and networking. Keri, Great recap of all the important new digital marketing efforts that traditional marketers should be incorporating into their mix for 2009. All of these tactics provide great ROI because they are so dirt cheap to implement, and they reach a huge audience.

I work at PermissionTV, so I’m biased toward encouraging SMB’s to focus on online video in 2009. It’s easy to do and results in more customer engagement.
